Tasmanian Gaming Commission
The Tasmanian Gaming Commission was established in 1993 under the Gaming Control Act 1993. The Commission is supported in its role by the Gaming Operations Branch of the Revenue, Gaming and Licensing Division of the Department of Treasury and Finance.

Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation
The Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation is an independent statutory authority within the Gaming and Racing Business Group of the Department of Justice. On 1 July 2004, with the commencement of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003, the Commission assumed responsibility for the regulation of gambling in Victoria. The Commission replaces the Victorian Casino and Gaming Authority and the Office of Gambling Regulation.
